At Sixth Sense, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Sixth Sense designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Print & Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off & Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your refund status.
